This is how it started
A little advanced in the timeline. The motor mounts were machined and the intake funnel was 3D printed and painted smooth

start on plenum walls. Sheet metal rolled in slip roller and held in place temporarily with clecos.

first test run
results of initial test. RPM too low and fuel burning too late in chamber resulted in scorched turbine.

As of today the turbo unit has been replaced and will be tested again soon. I’m waiting for a warmer day to dive back into this project.
